Key job responsibilities
* Interface with stakeholders and business partners to gather data and metrics requirements, translate them into technical specifications and drive analytics projects.
* Develop reporting, analytics and decision support to enable the organization leaders and teams to create accountability and mechanisms for operational management.
* Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
* Think creatively - we want someone that will extract insights and provide business recommendations.
* Own and maintain on-going analytics tools, BI models and visualizations to increase visibility into key measures of business performance.
* Mine data from database tables (Redshift, Oracle, MySQL, Data Warehouse), manage ETL processes and develop creative BI solutions to support ad hoc requests.
* Design data pipelines where needed for the present and to anticipate future business requirements/insights.
* Actively share knowledge and mentor, at a basic level, new BIE’s (or new to the business) if and where needed.

Hybrid Work

- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience writing complex SQL queries

- Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
