Qualifications
- Overseeing routine department activities to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
- Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and treasury, to ensure seamless financial operations and support company objectives.
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring all AP-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Can do approach.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- A high level of English is required.
- Working on site with some flexibility.
- Proficiency with SAP.
