Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Law or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience in income taxation. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Law or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience in income taxation.
Must have 4 years of experience at a professional services or professional tax organization, including at least 1 year dealing with the financial services industry.Must have 4 years of experience in developing and implementing technical tax planning ideas and strategies to help clients mitigate global tax risk.
Must have 4 years of experience in preparing and reviewing US international tax forms including Form 5471, 8865, and 8858.Must have 4 years of experience in Complex modeling including at least two of the following: E&P studies, transition tax calculations, BEAT calculations and ETR calculations.Must have 4 years of experience in reviewing and assisting tax provisions, ASC 740 analyses, and assurance engagements with global tax exposure.
Must have 3 years of experience in supervising teams consisting of at least 2 people on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
