Responsibilities:
Provide application support in accordance with ITIL guidelines within the agreed SLAs.
Monitoring and support of production AutoSys jobs / schedules, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.Support production release activities.
Perform system debugging/server health checks using tools like Splunk/App Dynamics.Work closely with developers and business partners on various support requirement, configuration, log management and understand business functions.
Document application support processes and procedures.
Requirements
Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.C.A/M.C.A
Certifications If Any - ITIL
Experience Range – 4-8 years
Foundational skills:
7+ years of IT Experience in Production support for web based application developed in Java/J2EE/.Net technologies, Linux/Unix, SQL/Oracle.
Knowledge of Autosys, Oracle/SQL, Unix/Linux, Scripting, Splunk, Ansible Deployment., Mulesoft, Dynatrace
Ability to analyze and identify root cause of issues and have experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders and speak up on issues.
Desired Skills
Shift time : 10:30 am to 7:30 pm & 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
