- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience building and designing distributed enterprise-level systems
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale system transformations from concept to deployment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in systems engineering, architecture, or a similar role, with a significant portion focused on supply chain data and analytics, data warehousing, and data engineering (preferably lakehouse and medallion architectures)
- Experience with complex data modeling and large-scale data processing within a supply chain and data center context, focusing on governance and privacy
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority, building strong relationships and driving alignment across teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure
