You will guide customers to choose and use Microsoft technology to build business and IT solutions for tomorrow.
- Show and prove how Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams Meetings, Calling, and Devices can help them.
- You will position the capabilities of the Microsoft Copilot stack and how one component works with another. This will include, but is not limited to Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Copilot for Windows, Copilot for Security.
- You will also provide technical guidance to customers and partners how to setup Security and Governance via the adoption of Microsoft Purview as well as 3rdparty solutions.
- Meet customer security and compliance needs while increasing sales and usage.
- Resolve technical, competitive, and other issues that slow down sales.
- Work with partners and Microsoft resources to design and implement complex solutions with Microsoft 365 Core, Teams Platform, and Microsoft Solutions stack.
- You will provide feedback and insights to improve current and future products, marketing strategies, and customer focus of Microsoft.
- You will be the technical expert on your sales team and lead technical activities for Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams Meetings, Calling and Devices, meeting customer security and compliance needs; and developing the Microsoft 365 Core, Teams Platform and Microsoft Solutions stack ecosystem.
- You will win the technical decision at customers for sales and usage scenarios, by customizing your message, bringing ideas to customers, showing our technology difference, and helping them decide.
- You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, and use our core tools, to reach more customers and satisfy their important needs.
- You will connect and coordinate various technical resources, by:
- Creating complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft products and services.
- Finding and solving technical, architectural, and competitive problems for sales opportunities and usage decisions and making sure they are solved.
- Sharing practical knowledge with partners to drive the sale, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft 365 suite, Teams Voice and Devices solutions.
- Influencing current and future products, marketing strategies, and customer centricity ideas with your feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering.
