JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HR Talent Development & Change Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR talent development initiatives and managing cultural change. You will partner with HR leaders to design and implement strategies that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and engagement. Additionally, you will lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new skills and behaviours. You will report directly to our CORP HR Director and you'll work out of our Europe location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, driving employee engagement, and enabling ongoing and successful continuous improvement. Design and implement talent development strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Partner with HR leaders to identify talent development needs and create development plans.

Lead continuous change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new skills and behaviours.

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent development or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of talent development best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in change management and driving successful organizational change.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent development programs.
