Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team, covering staffing, operational, metrics, risk and controls activities.
  • Process transactions over USD1MM acting as SME
  • Ensure quality execution, performance improvement and development for the team.
  • Supervise and maintain a motivated, engaged, committed and high performing team.
  • Communicate and ensure the execution of the changes and new processes
  • Operational support for ~17 countries and different processes (Cash Management related).
  • BAU Monitoring, problem resolution, interacting and coordinating among internal areas
  • Engage the team to create initiatives that can improve the daily operation.
  • Works to reduce the common reprocessing issues between maker-checker with a system enhancement and training
  • Taking the right decisions during the daily operation to ensure the compliance of the controls and the best customer services.
  • Identifying, assessing, and reporting any issues or gaps to management in order to implement additional controls.
  • Coordinate and ensure to cover the BAU in case of a Tampa’s contingency
  • Participate in projects & Initiatives, their follow up and implementation
  • Open to changes, flexibility and adaptability to shift rotation
  • Working very close with the manager to achieve the business needs

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations team.
  • Demonstrated management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
  • High level of professionalism, as well as high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing corporate environment, independently as well as on a team
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly focused, able to rapidly determine priorities and implement in consequence

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
