Collaborate with Development and Sales resources to deliver robust solutions that drive powerful experiences to help thousands of government agencies perform their important missions.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Utilize programming languages like Python, SQL, Ruby and Go, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of AWS tools and services
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
At least 2 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
At least 2 years of System Administration experience (Windows and Unix/Linux)
At least 2 years of Network Engineering experience
Travel is Required (up to 50%)
Proficient in both German and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Process-oriented with great documentation skills
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
Ensure a high level of customer focus (internally and externally), paying careful attention to customer priority issues and conducting appropriate customer communications.
Work closely with Cellebrite R&D and Product Team to share feedback and keep up to date on the solution roadmap
