The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role witha focustraining and certification to keep abreast

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of related industry experience.

• Strong presentation, communication, account management (pre-sales) skills.

• F5 solution knowledge and/orrelevant experience in key competitor offerings preferred

• Relevant certificationsisarea plus

• Fluent verbal and writtenskills in German and English.

Technical Skills which you should have:

• Skills with F5 Solutions / Products and/or relevant Experience in key Competitor Offerings

• in Solution Designs for large Scale Environments

• Experience with Data Center, Virtualization and Cloud computing environments.

• Experience in secure Cloudarchitectures

• Experience with two or more public/private cloud vendors and automation toolsetsa plus

• Proficient in Ansible and/or Terraforma plus

• Experience with container orchestration solutions (eg: OpenShift, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of modern application development methodologies

• Experience withDevOps, CI/CD, and SCM tools

• Advanced experience with:

• Web application security.

• Denial of Service threats, trends.

• Authentication and authorization.

• Automated threats.

• API Security/Management.

• Ability to produce technical documents and diagrams that convey technical architectural concepts
