Ensure ongoing and timely performance in credit analysis to sustain a strong credit culture and an unwavering commitment to excellence in analysis and execution.
Partnership with applicable regional and industry stakeholders in BCMA, ICM Underwriting and Independent Risk in the implementation of credit assessment and monitoring standards for applicable portfolios.
Support Global Head of ICM Risk Analysis and the ICM Underwriting CAO on internal projects and initiatives.
Support ICM Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives

Knowledge/Experience:
Demonstratable financial services experience, including 5-7 years of credit experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management or equivalent credit experience.
In-depth knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and organizational awareness including ICM functions, covered portfolios, and processes.
Strong knowledge of Citi Wholesale Credit Risk Polices and ICM/UW procedures, as well as sound understanding of Citi’s systems.
Credit Officer (CO) or demonstrating the skills aligned with that designation.
Impeccable and thorough knowledge of Citi´s systems
Experience in preparing presentations for seniors.
High awareness and adherence to the control environment including Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Strategic orientation to ensure the ICM Underwriting organization continues to be positioned as a thoughtful and proactive partner on driving best practices to support safety and soundness within ICM and Citi
Demonstrated record of handling highly complex annual reviews, challenging credits (e.g., cross-over credits), or episodic transactions

Ability to work independently with minimal comments from the Portfolio Manager and the stakeholders.
