- Architect and lead development of complex PCB designs incorporating FPGA SoCs
- Drive system-level hardware architecture decisions and technical requirements- Develop and validate high-speed digital and mixed-signal circuits
- Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance, thermal, and signal integrity requirements
- Partner with FPGA/firmware teams to define hardware interfaces and requirements- Mentor junior engineers and establish hardware engineering best practicesA day in the life
You will work with a cross-functional team of hardware, software, and FPGA engineers in our dedicated product development lab. Your day might include architecting new hardware solutions, reviewing PCB designs, collaborating with contract manufacturers, debugging prototypes, or mentoring team members. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in hardware development
- Experience with PCB design and high-speed digital circuits
- Experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation and debugging
- Experience with manufacturing processes and DFM principles

- Experience with AMD/Intel FPGA SoC platforms
- Expertise in signal integrity and power integrity analysis and PCB design tools (Allegro, Altium, or similar)
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing and NPI processes
- Experience with industry standards (PCIe, DDR, SERDES, etc.)
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
