Role and Responsibilities

As the Director of Culture, you will be responsible for building, fostering and demonstrating a workplace culture reflective of our company values, with emphasis on employee engagement and belonging.

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to shaping a strong organizational culture, aligning programs & people with our company objectives and key initiatives.

  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement strategies tailored to our workforce, aligned with business objectives in order to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are consistently embedded in organizational practices

  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure integration of inclusive practices into recruitment, training, leadership development, and employee engagement where applicable

  • Implement an internal communications strategy in order to communicate our programs, processes and initiatives, helping to further ensure transparent methods of communication; keeping employees informed and engaged

  • Manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions

  • Enhance employee engagement strategy to focus on employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention via regular engagement surveys

  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of culture and engagement initiatives; provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, recommending actionable solutions to address key areas of improvement

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related role

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics tool

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving

  • Emotional intelligence andrelationship-building

  • Leadership and influence without direct authority

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in project management and execution
