- Manage Caliper sourcings .
- Focused commodity for CSW to develop and drive implementation of a Commodity Strategy challenging sourcing timing/process.
- Work with certified diverse-spend suppliers having a direct impact in Ford's leadership position in Supplier Diversity.
- Lead development, rollout, maintenance and continuous improvement of QoS process with focus on Caliper Suppliers
- Coordinate cross team strategic activities/ lead strategic discussions for suppliers that cross multiple teams (e.g. analysis of financials, future technology, etc.)
- Work with material cost/program to help manage advance program sourcing
- Support critical, ad hoc projects/assignments
- Lead strategic projects and studies to support the business and buyers
