Capital One is looking for an experienced, innovative, strategic creative manager who has led complex Spanish, English and bi-lingual creative projects. You will inspire and drive change while developing and executing world-class, effective creative strategies for a range of channels, including, web, display, video, social media, OOH, and events. You know the formula for developing brand-building, breakthrough creative that drives results, is on target, and on brand.
What you’ll do
Lead and inspire the development of strategically-grounded, insight-driven creative
Help craft and maintain the Capital One brand presence in Mexico
Help manage creative agencies executing a range of work, from web sites to advertising
Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to understand consummate needs, positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience
Demonstrate an understanding of our technologist audience; interpret market research and tests results, and use findings to focus targeted marketing messages
Build and maintain relationships with a network of partner groups (Tech, Brand, PR, Comms, Talent, Legal, etc.) to anticipate and proactively address obstacles and establish yourself as a strategic thought partner
Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, ideally in multinational companies or environments with global strategies
Knowledge of the Mexican market and consumer trends
Advanced English proficiency (required for collaboration with the global team)
Expertise in content creation, optimization, and localization to ensure impactful and relevant messaging for the Mexican audience
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global and local teams
Proven experience in executing OOH, digital campaigns, website content management, and ads
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
Preferred Qualifications
Creative portfolio that includes produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns
Exceptional execution and project management skills
Creativity combined with a strategic, results-driven approach
Experience at a large in-house creative team
Experience working with a Fortune 100 brand
