Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience creating and implementing global security and resilience initiatives relating to industrial security, personnel security, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience with physical security systems, and critical infrastructure security.
- Experience leading and managing security programs.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing security training and awareness programs.
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and conducting security risk assessments.
- Experience leading a security team building partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Knowledge of cyber-security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
