We’ll rely on you to provide support to our Cal Water Construction Management team on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion as you bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll work alongside local leaders, subject matter experts, professional engineers, and designers, gaining exposure to residential water tank sites and so much more.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generating Meeting Minutes
- Review of Contractor Submittals
- Generate RFI Documentation
- Review of Contractor Change Orders
- Maintaining Project Logs
- Maintaining As-Builts/Redlines
- Single Point of Contact for Client, Contractor, and Designer
- Manage projects from Bid to Closeout
