Your Role and ResponsibilitiesStart and end dates for this internship are during Summer 2025.As an IBM MarketingAnalyticsIntern, you’ll work collaboratively, driving work that addresses a strategic IBM Marketing business challenge. You will have the opportunity to focus on uncovering, synthesizing, and applying analytic insights that drive both strategic and tactical outcomes for the company and directly guide marketing execution. In addition to your project work, the internship includes educational, networking, and social activities. Between project work and intern programming, you’ll get to touch a variety of areas within Marketing. At the end of program, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your final outcomes to a large audience of Marketing Leaders and Practitioners across the organization. This is a highly visible intern program with leadership exposure and mentorship throughout the summer.
This internship would support our Media & Marketing Automation (MMA) team. This team is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media and marketing automation activities to deliver value to our business, as well as re-imagining media & marketing automation efforts in an AI-driven world. As an intern on this team, you could be involved in helping answeranalyticsquestions and helping to further business objectives in one or more of these areas:
- Optimizing paid media campaigns and tactics to increase relevance of the IBM brand and drive demand for priority products
- Analyzing, designing, and enhancing omni-channel audience journeys to serve our prospective clients relevant and personalized content in the right place at the right time
- Driving innovation at the intersection of marketing and AI, through generative AI for content creation, process automation for enhanced productivity, and more

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University
- Available for an internship in Summer 2025
- Rising senior for the 2025-2026 school year
- Passionate about marketing, data,analytics, or a related field
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- A strategic, consultative, data-driven mindset
