innovative and effective Image Guided Therapy procedures and systems.You will End-to-End lead a project team to deliver on the three key strategic programsmanufacturing, Local-for-Local supply base, and Local-for-Local and globalAs an Integral Project Leader you are the “spider in the web”, connecting and guidingthe cross-functional disciplines to deliver on the project objectives. You take the lead torelationship with all project stakeholders.

• Defining the project charter as well as the objectives/decision criteria and thescope of the strategic project for approval by the IGTS Business Program Team(BPT). This in order to clearly communicate the assignment to all projectstakeholders;
• Defining skills & competencies of the resources needed to execute the integralproject in co-operation with resource managers – making sure that appropriatepeople are allocated;
• Building the project plan, defining task dependencies, allocate resources totasks as well as defining the project organization and -communication so thatroles and responsibilities can be assigned clearly within the project;
• Performing risk management – by setting up and maintaining a project riskmatrix in order to manage an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time,costs and quality;
• Reporting the project status on a regular basis in order to identify conflicts inthe project portfolio and to enable effective decision-making by the PMT;
• To set up and maintain strong and open relationships with the Managementteam throughout IGT systems, other internal stakeholders as well as internaland external suppliers - in order to maintain management focus and to assurecontinuous support for the project;
• Setting up and maintaining a history file as part of the project history file, inorder to support product maintenance, to be protected against liabilities and tofollow external regulations;
• Building a successful project team through effective people management andcoaching - in order to create a motivated team committed to the project

• Our projects are complex and are performed in a strictly regulated qualitysystem environment. You have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in product development and product market introductions for(Image Guided) medical devices, or experience in other regulated industrieswith similar stringent quality requirements.
• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field. Working experiencein a technical discipline is an advantage. Understanding of the China medicaldevice regulations, with proven experience in leading projects to create/ensurerequired content of documentation intended for regulatory submission is astrong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English andChinese. Ability to write project documentation in English language.
• Conceptual understanding of and working experience in different projectmanagement methodologies like waterfall and (SAFe) Agile.
• Quality mindset: sound knowledge of project management documentationpractices and ability to drive process improvements.
• Dynamic and enthusiastic team player who can drive actions, eager, ambitious,and self-propelling.
• Delivers reliably and accurately on assigned tasks, with ability to keep projectteam members to their commitment by giving constructive feedback andguidance.
• Be able to provide solutions and drive continuous improvement in achallenging & complex environment
