Roles & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced high-talent professional to accelerate the development and execution of financing solutions through private payers. This will require a good balance of strategic vision, building coalitions with external partners and navigating the organization to execute the strategy with clear and quantified impacts, supporting the global, regional, and local business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- The development of the health insurance and employee benefit strategies at global and regional levels for the prioritized products, both in line and in pipeline, defined with the regional access & commercial teams and the global franchises.
- The supervision of the implementation of these strategies with quantified impacts in terms of number of people covered and reached, ensuring maximum scaling.
- To act as a trailblazer, forging new partnerships with fintech, insurtech, benefits advisors, and employers' coalitions to develop, implement, and scale private payer financing solutions.
- To be a key subject matter expert, leader and strategic advisor to regional leaders, market business leads and franchise leaders on development of insurer/employers financing solutions.
- The creation of a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively convey our efforts and progress in developing private payer financing solutions, both internally and externally.
Education
- University degree
- Master’s degree

- Highly driven and proactive with a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to provide strategic counsel to business leaders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders fostering trust-based relationships and moving from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and impactful communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, able to champion ideas internally and externally.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum ten years’ experience in the Pharma, Healthcare or MedTech industry
- Minimum five years of market experience – preferably in a commercial or access function
- Consulting experience is a plus.
