Machine Operator - 3rd shift (10 PM to 6:30 AM)
Your role:
- Following procedurs and guidelines to perform machine operation, equipment operation, assembly of oral care kits (bottle filing and brush head assembly) and applying labels by hand.
- Taking part in the production line set-up to build high-quality items that meet our customers' requirements.
- Maintaining a strong sense of collaboration, while assisting the team lead in providing assembly line workers with on-the-job training and adhering to daily standard work to maintain consistency.
- Carrying out daily 6’s audits according to program, while also verifying component kits are a match against the work order. Participating in the continuous improvement culture by submitting Kaizens in safety, productivity and other improvements to reduce waste.
- Entering the required data for work orders, scrapping parts, and recording defective components

You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired entry-level and/or some prior relevant experience within manufacturing, assembly, production or distribution.
- Your skills include the ability to do simple mathematical operations and machine operations and/or assembly.
- You have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- Standing up most of the 8 hour shift, requires the use of PPE to perform certain tasks, lifting of no more than 30 pounds and some pulling and pushing.
- Ability to work flexible hours; as needed based on business needs may include weekends and mandatory extra hours dependent on workload.
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $17.75 to $27.50/hour.
