Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in at least 3 of the following functional areas:
  • Azure Kubernetes & Containers – experience with Docker, Kubctl, shell scripting, Pod design & configuration, operations and monitoring, and container tools such as Prometheus, Twistlock or Sysdig
  • DevOps – expertise with Azure DevOps, Github, Terraform, ARM Templates, YAML, PowerShell, Python or other scripting language, CI/CD, Unit/UI Testing
  • Cloud technologies
  • Development projects targeting a variety of form factors (e.g., Mobile, IoT, HoloLens, Open Source, Cross Platform)
  • Go Programming Language
  • Development languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, PHP, Python)
  • Application Lifecycle Management (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, TFS)
  • .NET technologies up to the latest version (e.g., WCF, WF, MVC)
  • Emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain, IoT, AI LLMs, Mixed Reality)
• Native Brazilian Portuguese Speaker
• Fluent in English

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
• 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
• Technical certifications based on domain (Azure Developer Associate, Azure IoT Developer, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar).
• Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
• Fluent in Spanish

• Demonstrates the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints.
• Demonstrates expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drives opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud.
• Drives and Supports innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.
• Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.
• Identifies business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact, and proposes mitigations and contingencies.
• Provides stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues.
• Balances Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products, and tools.
• Develops project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for projects.
