We apply our broad and deep technology skills combined with strong industry knowledge. As part of our team, you will deliver solutions to customers around the world. You will play a key role in allowing our clients to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology and introduce them to emerging technologies and solutions – to grow and optimize their business. To be successful, you will take advantage of our community of consultants, through sharing solutions and utilizing your early access to technology.

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience in at least 2 of the following functional areas:
  • Database development (preferably with SQL, including Azure SQL) – designing and building database solutions (tables / stored procedures / forms / queries / etc.).
  • Advanced data analytics – designing and building solutions using technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, HD Insights, SQL DWH, stream analytics, machine learning, R server.
  • Big Data implementation – using Open Source and Non-SQL technologies such as Databricks, Spark, Spark Streaming, Kafka, Storm, Zeppelin, Scala Software development, Hadoop Hive, Hadoop Map Reduce, Hadoop Clusters, Cosmos DB.
• Native Brazilian Portuguese Speaker
• Fluent in English

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business.
• Technical certifications based on domain (Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar).
• Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
• Fluent in Spanish

• Demonstrates the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints.
• Demonstrates expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drives opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud.
• Drives and Supports innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.
• Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.
• Identifies business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact, and proposes mitigations and contingencies.
• Provides stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues.
• Balances Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products, and tools.
• Develops project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for projects.
