In this role,

As an Order to Invoice (O2I) team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of O2I processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Current student of careers related to Administrative or Engineering ackground
  • Verifying the received orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute billing process.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the O2I space.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Current student of Careers related to Administrative or Engineering Background
  • English: Upper intermediate level
  • Teamwork and high energy: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to group dynamics and fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and tasks, especially during quarter closing activities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Adherence to Deadlines: A commitment to meeting deadlines, especially during quarterly closing activities, to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
