As a Technology Support III team member in [Insert LOB and/or Sub LOB], you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.
This job might require 24/7 on- call support coverage whenever there is issue in the system. The successful candidate will be required to have rotational weekend support coverage for change deployment and maintenance activities
