About the Role

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager in the Middle-East, you will be hands-on, working to expand our business by acquiring new strategic customers. You will oversee the sales activities, from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring we scale our impact in the mid-market space.

Sales Leadership:

  1. Mentor and lead the sales team with a focus on performance and improvement.
  2. Set expectations, provide coaching, and drive development programs.

Sales Lifecycle Management:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  2. Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.

Negotiation & Deal-Making:

  1. Lead complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Stay informed on competitive offerings and industry trends.

Market & Platform Expertise:

  1. Keep up with industry trends and market developments.
  2. Demonstrate platform value and collaborate with marketing/product teams to align strategies.

Customer Focus:

  1. Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that drive business value.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
  2. Communicate sales performance to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 7+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS and/or leading sales teams)
  2. Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals in a competitive environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  4. Strong use of insights and data-driven decision-making to inform the sales process
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  7. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  8. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Extensive Experience in Sales: Proven track record of success in managing and closing B2B sales deals within the Middle-Eastern region, with an in-depth understanding of the local business landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
  2. Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to drive sales and foster partnerships.
  3. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute data-driven sales strategies that align with business objectives, coupled with strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
