The Coordinator, Finance (Administrative) is responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to a high performing Finance team. The Coordinator will be a committed and extremely detailed resource who is highly motivated, proactively engaged in managing daily activities as assigned, has a strong sense of urgency and uses the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with all matters pertaining to the Finance department and the overall organization. Operating in a very fast-paced environment, the Coordinator must be able to successfully partner with the EA to the CFO and all SMP employees including other members of the Finance teams, while managing multiple activities and projects at any given time without skipping a beat.

What You’llDo:

  • Ability to demonstrate and deliver an extraordinary level of high quality and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Handle all information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and confidentiality including documents, data, meetings, travel, phone calls, emails, etc.

  • Proactively manage very busy and ever-changing calendars of internal and external meetings and attendees with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of resources

  • Recognize the need to proactively reprioritize, as appropriate, if business initiativeschange

  • Coordinate corporate events, dinners, and international conferences including meeting agenda, catering, tech support, group amenities, etc.

  • Plan and organize a seamless travel experience, including full-service execution of heavy domestic and international travel pertaining to flights, hotel accommodations, car service, immigration paperwork, currency, international phone plans and more

  • Manage and process travel and expense reports for teammembers

  • Perform other general administrative activities including screening calls as the first point of contact, directing inquiries, determining the proper course of action, coordinating visitor access, greeting guests, and reserving meeting rooms

  • Order office supplies and shared snacks asneeded

  • Work in an independent and proactive manner, without follow-

Who YouAre:

  • 3+ years’ experience providing support to manager level employees in a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Must have a best-in-class service approach with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of employees and an array of external clients and candidates

  • Must be a fast learner andadaptable

  • Ability to handle highly confidential, extremely complex and non-routine information, demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a strong eye fordetail

  • Consistently demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills, exercises sound judgment and independent decision making

  • Ability to independently track and follow through on actionitems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure in high-stresssituations

  • Ability to perform multiple taskssimultaneously

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams,SharePoint

  • Must be authorized to work in the UnitedStates

  • Requires in office presence five days aweek

  • Monday - Friday, 9am -5:30pm EST (37.5 hours per week standard), in addition to the ability to work overtime early mornings and/or evenings, when needed.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $33.33-$41.02/ hr. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
