Responsibilities
- Manage, analyze and control global company expenses.
- Own the analysis of financial results as compared to prior periods and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Support forecast and various ad-hoc projects.
- Optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a FP&A / Finance Business Partner.
- Experience in budget control.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- BA in Economics/Accounting.
- High level of English.
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment.
- Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Netsuite and Planning tools - Advantage .
