What You'll Be Doing:
- Inbound management: being the first point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to partners and (Sr.) Key Account Managers in day-to-day operations
- Responsible for new property Activation globally for properties opening with assigned global chain portfolio
- Manages Partner specific projects
- Manages Partner Access and Login Management
- Creation of (standard operating) procedures with relevant parties and keeping documents up to date for local hotel teams based on information provided by chains
- Operational ownership of account optimization and projects: such as promotion implementation or content configurations
- Increase listing accuracy through configuration, product, and settings ensuring all agreements and actions are implemented.
- Supporting resolving chain escalations (EG: Mass issues, room/rate discrepancies) and managing requests.
- Support, guide, and educate local partner services teams on operational chain elements.
- Designing and creating procedures with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend partner meetings and calls where needed to influence, educate, support, and co-create solutions to and with enterprise partners on operational topics. Handle partner calls.

Fluent in English, and Spanish both written & spoken
Specialized knowledge of attributes and functioning of Booking.com

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills

Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrates prior experience in the efficient execution of and improving upon operational processes at a regional, global or enterprise level is a plus

For Orlando this role will have a salary range of: $55,600 - $61,800
Additional Annual bonus potential
