- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading activities such as sourcing strategy development, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within corporate services related categories.
- 5 years of experience supporting category strategy and sourcing within corporate services teams (i.e., Finance, IT, HR, Outsourcing/Consulting firms, Corporate Services, Legal, etc.) or related areas.
- Experience with contract drafting, review, and management within corporate services related categories, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and experience in partnering cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree.
- Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure category performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
- Experience leveraging technology/analytical tools to enhance category management practices and drive data-based decisions.
- Proficiency analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Ability to lead strategic projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation.
