Key job responsibilities- Lead multiple high priority projects that involves management of stakeholders from different functional areas
- Drive standardization by creating and improving design process standards
- Implement and establish World-Wide best practices
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
- 5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design or layout optimization
- Business level English
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
