As a Pre-Purchase Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing TRID documents for completeness and meet regulatory and investor guidelines. You will assist the Pre-Purchase teams in resolving regulatory fails, work daily reports and assist internal and external customers through system generated work assignments and email requests.

• Review escalated work requests from internal and external partners
• Review procedures and understand how to properly apply them when reviewing loans.
• Validate client documentation is executed properly and accurately according to Chase purchasing requirements
• Appropriately place conditions on loans for Correspondent to review when the provided documentation doesn't meet guidelines
• Maintain production and quality levels on all loans reviewed
• Work daily and weekly reports

• Minimum of 3+ years of TRID knowledge
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have mortgage loan origination, processing or closing experience
• Must have an understanding of mortgage closing documents
• Must be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and production
• Must be able to evaluate and analyze loan level information in order to determine the appropriate action
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to read and interpret a Mavent report or any Compliance report
