- 15 years of product management experience delivering products and solutions.
- 10 years of experience collaborating within organizations and leading cross-functional teams, even without direct authority, to drive consensus.
- 10 years of experience leading the development of developer tools throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- 5 years of experience in leveraging AI/ML technologies to solve real-world problems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
- Experience in building and launching developer-focused products.
- Experience in a research-driven environment and influencing senior leaders (VP+).
- Exceptional communication, people and influencing skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
