Your Role and Responsibilities
The Program Manager (Infrastructure) is a critical role responsible for leading the successful execution and delivery of the organization’s infrastructure programs and projects. This position requires strong program management skills, technical understanding of infrastructure technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager (Infrastructure) will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of the organization’s infrastructure initiatives. This position requires a unique combination of technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive program success.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Coordinate program activities, manage stakeholders, and lead steering committees
- Monitor and track program deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive problem-solving
- Establish and enforce program governance processes, standards, and best practices
- Ensure program alignment with organizational strategies, policies, and compliance requirements
- Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in infrastructure or technology programs
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Required Education :-BE / B. Tech Computer Science, MCA or Equivalent / higher Qualification.
