Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, program analysis, change management communications.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, and build relationships to achieve broader organizational goals.
Ability to manage ambiguous strategic and operationally complex programs with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, working separately and driving projects to completion with limited guidance and high attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
