Your Impact in Role

• Onboard, coach, mentor, and lead a team fostering new opportunities for career development that encourages individual excellence.
• Manage all regional and global emergency PSRT responses, and global emergency responses as needed.
• Collaborate cross functionally with regional Legal, Policy, Safety Comm's, Safety Product, etc.
• Set a clear direction for the team and ensures good organizational health.
• Deliver individual and team training.

The Experience You'll Bring

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, previous experience with liaising with government public safety agencies.
• Able to articulate a depth of understanding of regional legal process for criminal investigations, value of data privacy, and ethics.
• Experience working within structured business models, products, and privacy policy.
• Ideally at least one year of people management experience
• Knowledge and experience related to data protection legislation and criminal/administrative investigations preferred.
• Thorough understanding of handling of confidential information and appreciation for privacy protection preferred.
• IAPP Certification for applicable region preferred.
