Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, quarter-end close, and cost allocations to ensure overall financial performance.
Act as the main point of contact for finance-related topics and build strong business partner relationships with senior leadership within Customer Support, providing key insights, actionable recommendations, and consolidated reporting from in-depth analyses.
Support transformation and change initiatives to achieve financial targets, increase automation, and simplify processes within Controlling and Customer Support.
Ensure transparency and compliance with financial guidelines and policies, actively applying agile methods and contributing to project milestones.
What You Bring
Over 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Management, with international experience being a plus.
A degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems clearly.
