What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, quarter-end close, and cost allocations to ensure overall financial performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for finance-related topics and build strong business partner relationships with senior leadership within Customer Support, providing key insights, actionable recommendations, and consolidated reporting from in-depth analyses.
• Support transformation and change initiatives to achieve financial targets, increase automation, and simplify processes within Controlling and Customer Support.
• Ensure transparency and compliance with financial guidelines and policies, actively applying agile methods and contributing to project milestones.

What You Bring

• Over 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Management, with international experience being a plus.
• A degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems clearly.
• Self-management, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
