- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in thermal management systems design, with a focus on liquid cooling.
- 5 years of experience in thermal and hydraulic analysis tools (CFD, FEA, flow network modeling).
- 5 years of experience with data center, manufacturing or mission critical facilities cooling systems, hydronic analysis, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and chip-to-chiller architectures.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience designing and executing experiments for thermal model validation.
- Knowledge of data center cooling technologies (evaporative, chillers), experimental methods, and data analysis.
- Skilled in thermal/hydraulic analysis, CAD (Solidworks), and pipe flow software (AFT Fathom).
- Strong background in metrology and process interactions.
- Proficient in product design (DFMEA, DFM) and 10x thinking, including expertise in thermal design for AI products, including passive and liquid cooling, and silicon packaging.
