Product Support Specialist
Your role:
  • Lead the Service Readiness from inception to volume delivery of new products in the field, in adherence to regulatory processes for medical devices and project milestones.

  • Work closely with cross-functional disciplines (i.e.: R&D, Product Management, Technical writers, Supply chain, Q&R), influencing development and manufacture for serviceability.

  • Collect and prioritize the feedback from service validation and initial deployments with the Program Team and share ownership for processes and improvements within the function.

You're the right fit if:
  • Prior experience in phase-gate processes – product development or new product introduction

  • Strong experience in software support, troubleshooting (HL7 and Dicom) and escalation processes throughout the entire product life cycle.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Health Science or related discipline.

  • Prior experience in the Medical Device or other heavily regulated industry.

  • Knowledge or experience with Cloud Product troubleshooting will be a strong differential.
