- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of experience in the design-build or real estate development environment
- 10 years of experience in mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab, etc.).
- 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems and working understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems to include AC and DC systems and associated power management systems and Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition tools, central utility plant and piping/duct systems and associated Programmable Logic Controller and digital based controls and automation platform.
