- 2+ years’ experience leading people in the development of test strategies and execution of test plans
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezones

- Expertise in modern test methodologies, practices, and technology
- Proficiency in utilising test automation tools and framework

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Swift, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
