- 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 4 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's degree in Science).
- Problem-solving skills, with experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases.
- Ability to influence counterparts in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
