Your role:

  • Develop trust relationships with key accounts to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing key customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and SHS teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by key customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Defines a holistic sales growth strategy account together with country-based Account Managers, who work on the respective account. He/she ensures the implementation of this strategy in all affected countries and with this contributes to the top line and bottom line.
  • Review country offers for respective accounts to ensure cross-country pricing argumentation.
  • Applies Value Promises Concept in C-level interactions with his/her accounts.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.

Your expertise and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical background, business, marketing or related
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience within healthcare sales field
  • Expertise in Radiology clinical or financial workflows preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the Healthcare Sector.
