Your role:
- Develop trust relationships with key accounts to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing key customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and SHS teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Defines a holistic sales growth strategy account together with country-based Account Managers, who work on the respective account. He/she ensures the implementation of this strategy in all affected countries and with this contributes to the top line and bottom line.
- Review country offers for respective accounts to ensure cross-country pricing argumentation.
- Applies Value Promises Concept in C-level interactions with his/her accounts.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
Your expertise and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical background, business, marketing or related
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience within healthcare sales field
- Expertise in Radiology clinical or financial workflows preferred.
- Extensive experience in the Healthcare Sector.
