Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Supporting Lead Information Manager to develop and roll out best practice Work Instructions and Project Information Management plans.
- Project Set-up: Supporting project management in establishing and maintaining project information management set-up.
- Advisory: Providing clarification as required to project teams relative to application of the PIM Plan and relevant Work Instructions.
- Training and Awareness: Building training material and providing training relative to information management systems.
- Administration: Issuing and recording project deliverable information.
- Coordinate information management related activities on projects working closely with the BIM coordinator, Lead Information Manager, and project team.
- Support Lead Information Manager in the development of our standard and client specific PIM (Project Information Management) Plans for projects.
- Support Lead Information Manager in the development of local Work Instructions to help build our standard approach to Information Management and Document Control.
- Provide direction and communication about the elements of the PIM plan to the project team.
- Provide administration duties of our information management systems (enabling access to project systems such as MS Teams, ACC and other systems as applicable).
- Quality audits on our information management systems against the application of the PIM Plan and issued work instructions.
- Issuing and recording of project deliverable information.
- Coordinating the archiving of project information.
Software Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office 365 applications.
- Experience in previous Information Management/Administration Management/ Document Control role.
- Experience in the management of multiple Information platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Bluebeam etc.
- Experience with multiple electronic document management systems
- Understanding of ISO19650.
- Knowledge of engineering design tools.
- Relevant delivery experience working in Engineering, Construction or related industries is preferrable.
- Minimum of 3 years in previous Information Management/Administration Management/ Document Control role.
- Aptitude with information management software systems.
- NVQ 6 or greater qualification in IT / Information Management or other relevant course of studies
- Microsoft Office Qualification/Office Administration Qualification
- Experience of Autodesk Construction Cloud administration duties an advantage
