Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:* Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative products and services.
* Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
* Create solutions and models to run predictions in cloud environment, with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
* Build distributed data sources, index, and query systems that are scalable in order to support and create Machine Learning models and use them to optimize product’s quality, reliability and performance.
* Design and code appropriate solutions, starting with broadly defined problems.

Work/Life Balance

* MSc Student majoring and practicing in the fields Machine Learning / Data Science (1-2 semesters remaining)
* BSc Student of Computer Science / Computer Engineering / SW Engineering / Electrical Engineering* Knowledge of Data Science, Data Sources Optimization and Machine Learning Models (classification & regression) creation and use
* Advanced coding skills

* Knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals such as Semi-Conductors, CMOS, Digital Circuits, Logic design
* Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloud Computing
* Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
