- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
- Experience with UX disciplines and user centered development tools and methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with people and teams within and outside the UX space (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience in AI technology.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and investigative skills, with the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
