Back Office General Sales Support InternJob Description

You are responsible for

  • Request, monitor and closing Insurance Warranties accordingly.
    -  Management and tracking of Suppliers Registration: Update and follow up the action tracker during Follow-up Meetings.
    -  Monitor different KPIs of the Deparmtent.
    -  Support to Public Market Responsible Team member in preparing Tenders Documents and obtaining required signatures.
    -  Consolidate Sales documentation accordingly


You are a part of

The Back Office sales support department, carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales, tenders and service.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Student of Business Administration, Biomedicne, Industrial Engineering and related;

  • Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;

  • Good analytical skills, and problem-solving skills;

  • Capable of setting priorities and give relevant inputs.

  • Intermediate English both verbal and written;

  • Intermediate MC Office (Excel and Power Point).
