What You Will Do

• Lead the onboarding process for grocery and retail merchants, ensuring their products are accurately uploaded and maintained on the Uber Eats platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Integration Engineering, and Product to integrate merchant systems with Uber's catalog platform.
• Design, develop, and monitor processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and health of product listings.
• Oversee the launch of Uber’s Universal Product Database across multiple EMEA countries, improving data scalability and accuracy.
• Support category growth initiatives such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) advertising, using insights and data to drive results.
• Drive continuous improvements to catalog management processes, enhancing the customer and merchant experience.

What You Will Need

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen, with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Grocery, FMCG, or Retail industry, especially in catalog or inventory management, business intelligence, or merchandising.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Python, Google Apps Script, or VBA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
