Financial Leadership & Reporting

As Site Finance Lead of our Zejtun pharmaceutical manufacturing facility you are the Finance Business Partner to the Site General Manager and Leadership Team to drive performance and achieve site short- and long-term financial targets while maintaining strong collaboration with regional and global finance functions. As the financial lead for the site, you are responsible for:

• Safeguarding financial integrity and ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting ensuring accuracy and insight.
• Consolidate site-level data for performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
• Drive achievement of key financial KPIs: operating profit, absorption, conversion cost flexibility, material variances, and efficiency initiative savings

Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting

• Lead annual plan preparation and quarterly financial forecast updates
• Monitor weekly absorption and spend vs forecasts
• Recommend improvements to reporting tools and packages for enhanced visibility

Working Capital & Cost Management

• Oversee inventory, capex, and cash flow to meet working capital targets
• Manage write-off processes, ensuring root cause analysis and cost mitigation

Transformation & Strategic Projects

• Partner with the Transformation Office to track efficiency projects savings against targets
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews and executive updates

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, SOX requirements, and local financial regulations
• Uphold GMP and EHS standards in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

As
Director Finance – Country Lead, you won’t just manage numbers—you’ll shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and influence decisions at the heart of a dynamic manufacturing hub. • CPA or MBA (Finance/Accounting/Management preferred)
• 5+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in pharma or industrial sectors
• Strong command of SAP and costing methodologies
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities
