We are looking for an engineer who can architect the next generation display technology for various Apple products. In this unique position, you will have first-hand access to novel display technologies, and will be responsible for characterizing and optimizing electro-optical performance, and pushing the limits of panel technology, proposing compensation algorithms for SoC or other silicons, prototyping the target performance in executive demo, and supporting product development to mass production.
- Investigate new technologies for next generation products- Design display architecture and prototype, bring-up, characterize the feature.- Establish electro-optical performance metrics and requirements through measurement and modeling.
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Experience in circuit design (analog/ mixed-signal) or image sensor or imager design
- Lab experience, including data acquisition and measurement automation.
- Master's or Ph.D in relevant field of study
- Demonstrate engineering passion, intuition, and inquisitiveness.
- Circuit simulation experience such as HSPICE or Spectre
- Python and Matlab scripting skills
